There are many specialty meals in my country, such as jiaozi(dumpling), zongzi, xiaolongbao, tangyuan, and more. Actually there are many various specialty meals in the different places.
However, I favorite meal is dumpling. Dumpling is stuffed with various mixtures, and popular mixtures are pork with Chinese cabbage, lamb with spring onion, leeks with eggs, etc.

Great job, Louis!  I have very few corrections.  :-)

--  In English, dumplings are always plural, unless you are talking about one specific dumpling for some reason.

Good. It is advisable to put an English translation in parentheses as with "jiaozi" (dumplings - which is generally plural) because English-speaking people rarely know the Chinese names of food and can't even pronounce them. Therefore, some English-language orientation for the various dishes is essential. Admittedly, an English translation or explanation is often extremely difficult.

Very good job.  I had some very good dumplings yesterday!  I have a minor comment, explained after your writing.

'There are many specialty meals in my country, such as jiaozi (dumplings), zongzi, xiaolongbao, tangyuan, and more. Actually there are many various specialty meals in the different places areas of China. However, I my favorite meal is dumplings. Dumplings is are stuffed with various mixtures, and popular mixtures are include pork with Chinese cabbage, lamb with spring onion, and leeks with eggs. etc."

Extremely well written.  My italicized comments are only suggestions.  Your use of 'etc' is acceptable, but to make your writing even better, you should refrain from using it.   It literally means 'and so on'.  Well, most people really don't know what other combinations would be in dumplings, let alone what the popular mixtures would be, so it is meaningless to say to them 'and so on'.  However, this is a minor point.
