Rafael's submission: Average Rating:
Today it's March 24th, 2009. It's not a special day neither in Madrid nor in Spain. So that I'm working now. (or I'm trying to work).
It's sunny, although it' s a little cold.
I don't know what weather will be tomorrow. But, I believe, the weather will be similar to today.

Today it's March 24th, 2009. It's not a special day either in Madrid or in Spain (Or: It is a special day neither in Madrid nor in Spain) , so [that - optional] I'm working now (no comma) (or I'm trying to work). It's sunny, although it's a little cold. I don't know what the weather will be like tomorrow. But (no comma) I believe (no comma) the weather will be similar to today's.  (More natural: But I believe it will be similar to today's).

PS Charlie has turned it into formal English; you can also simply say "Today is March..."

Good job!  I would write it as follows:

Today is March 24th, 2009. It's not a special day in Madrid or in Spain, so I'm working now (or I'm trying to work). It's sunny, although it's a little cold. I don't know what the weather will be tomorrow but I believe the weather will be similar to today.
