I am not sure what you tried to say:
Já mám na sobě žlutou košili a krátké černé kalhoty.
(describing what you are wearing just now - probably just one yellow shirt and something short and black - for example trousers)
or
Já nosím košile žluté a krátké černé.
(describing what kind of shirts you usually wear - yellow shirts and/or short black shirts)
Já jsemmám na sobě košile žlutý košile a krátké černé???(nohavice?).
the subject is missing...you have short black what?trousers???
