    Nicely done!  The "Hello... Thanks" beginning does not really work, though.  (The transcript I see greets Kate with "Welcome back!" which does work.)

    I would recommend trying different intonations with the line, "I bet."  I usually hear a drop in pitch on the word "I," but say it however you wish.  (Check audio for example.)
