I could only hear the first two sentences, then the recording stops.
-M
Very Good. Here a few very subtle notes regarding inflection and pronunciation. When pronouncing double consonants we do not hold onto the second consonant. For an example listen to my pronunciation of "good". Practice your pronunciation of the consonant "H".
I could hear all the way through. Very good, Mariella.
"Chris" rhymes with 'miss'
Great job! Listen to the "a" in hamburgers, it's more like the "a" in "man". In US English, we use several sounds for the letter 'a". We are not very consistent and it can be confusing. Think of the name "Abraham" - three "a"s - three very different sounds. ;-(
