I usually wake up before 7:00 a.m., then I eat breakfast and brush my teeth. After that, I get dressed and catch the bus. I start work every morning at 9:00 a.m. and go to lunch at about noon. I return to the office and work from 1:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Sometimes I watch television, and sometimes I take a nap for an hour. After that, I have dinner. After dinner, I usually check email and then watch television. I go to bed sometime after 10:00 p.m.

Sorry but I do not agree with Kujo at all. There are several errors in your pronunciation, as listed by Norma. I have recorded so you can hear the English way to pronounce words. I am Australian, but sound English!
