  Really good, but try to slow down a little . The words in English should not all run into each other. Keep up the good work!  =]

  In the summer, the sun can be dangerous. You must use sunscreen every two hours because when you are outside, it is important to protect your skin . The suns rays are stronger after 10am, and are strongest between noon and 4pm. It only requires 15 minutes to get a sunburn. Some people sleep in the sun at the beach and when they wake up, they have a bad sunburn. Sometimes, severe sunburns need to be treated at the hospital.

  There are many ways to structure sentences in English. I would recommend combining some of your sentences for simplicity and fluidity of your speech.
