A typical day - before, after, about

Instructions: Please recite the following paragraph. Press the 'add audio submission' button to record and submit this exercise.

I usually wake up before 7:00 a.m., then I eat breakfast and brush my teeth. After that, I get dressed and catch the bus. I start work every morning at 9:00 a.m. and go to lunch at about noon. I return to the office and work from 1:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Sometimes I watch television, and sometimes I take a nap for an hour. After that, I have dinner. After dinner, I usually check email and then watch television. I go to bed sometime after 10:00 p.m.

    Very Good.  we usually say "six thirty" for 6:30 and not: "half past six".

    Also watch the word hour. The "h" is silent. It sounds just like "our". Television: the emphasis is on the first syllable.
