A typical day - before, after, about

I usually wake up before 7:00 a.m., then I eat breakfast and brush my teeth. After that, I get dressed and catch the bus. I start work every morning at 9:00 a.m. and go to lunch at about noon. I return to the office and work from 1:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Sometimes I watch television, and sometimes I take a nap for an hour. After that, I have dinner. After dinner, I usually check email and then watch television. I go to bed sometime after 10:00 p.m.

    Hello Jahan, how are you?  THis is very good reading, you read clearly and it's easy to understand you (:  I would suggest that you practise a little more the following words:

    before - accent on "before"

    return - accent on "return"

    get dressed (not got)

    every

    television

    an hour = read like /anaur/ -  we don't hear the /h/ sound, ok?
