Using Tools

The boy was digging holes in the garden with a shovel. I need to buy a mop and a bucket to wash my floor. The girl is sweeping the wooden floor with a broom. He is going to fix the chimney tomorrow. My shears and two rakes are in the wheelbarrow. Please use a tape measure to measure the distance between the window and the door. I would like to use my new drill to put a screw into the wall.

    I like your drawing. You are very talented. Your English sounds excellent too. There was just one pronunciation mistake, however. The word sweater should rhyme with better and letter, not sweeter and beater. I will pronounce it for you. Hmm. The connection failed. I will have to try another time. Jane

    Hello R, You did a great job with this reading. You may want to work on the "sweater", a heavy yarn shirt. The word "sweeter" is what happens when you add too much sugar to your ice tea. Take Care, Sophia
