English Speaking Exercise
A typical day - before, after, about
I usually wake up before 7:00am, then I eat breakfast and brush my teeth. After that, I get dressed and catch the bus. I start work every morning at 9:00am and go to lunch at about noon. I return to the office and work from 1:00pm until 6:30pm. Sometimes I watch television, and sometimes I take a nap for an hour. After that, I have dinner. I usually check email and then watch television after dinner. I go to bed after 10:00pm.
