    Hello again my friend !!!

    OK... When we say anyword with 100 in it we use the word AND... so it would be 

    316= three hundred AND sixteen

    508 = five hundred AND eight 

    Also, watch out for the "th" at the beginning of words, make sure you say "th" and not "t"  as in three ( or you will sound Irish )
