A typical day - before, after, about

I usually wake up before 7:00 a.m., then I eat breakfast and brush my teeth. After that, I get dressed and catch the bus. I start work every morning at 9:00 a.m. and go to lunch at about noon. I return to the office and work from 1:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Sometimes I watch television, and sometimes I take a nap for an hour. After that, I have dinner. After dinner, I usually check email and then watch television. I go to bed sometime after 10:00 p.m.

    You still seem to have trouble with long "a" like in catch, watch...we have one letter but more than one sound. Nice job!

    'Watch' sounded good. You are extending some of the vowels such as in 'that' and 'catch.' They should be 'short a' but you are using 'long a.' 'Off' makes a particular sound, so it is not o-ffice. The sound 'o in off' makes is the same as 'aw' like in 'awful.'
