Dear Customer Service,

I have a problem. I was very unhappy with your service on my last flight. I traveled on Flight 62 from Taipei to Amsterdam and on Flight 313 from Amsterdam to Paris on Friday, August 10th. First, the flight from Amsterdam was delayed for three hours. Then my luggage did not arrive in Paris. I didn’t get my suitcase until three days later, on August 13th!
Of course, I needed to buy some clothes and personal items. I spent over $500 on these things. What should I do to recover these expenses?
