Your friend Sabine is feeling stressed. She wants your advice. Read Sabine’s letter. Then write a reply to her.

I need to ask you for some advice. You always know what to do! I'm working and taking classes now, and I feel so stressed. I'm always tired and I don’t sleep well at night. You always seem so relaxed! What should I do?

Dear Sabine,

It's nice that You have writed to me, may I help You teaching You some techniques that I have learned.
So, let's to talk about that:

There some options to have better life, and not being so stressed. For example, you do some gym, I know a lot of people don't enjoy it. So, you can go for a walk during 20 minutes every day, also if you have extra time, you can practise some yoga, it is a great thing to do. There is another thing that I do to relax during my day, I use to put a relaxing music, and work with breathing. Also, if you are at your work, you do some stretching exercises. It must help you.
