Very good, but when declining to meet with someone, one usually apologizes.

    Hi Sarah,

How are you today ?  I am sorry but I am not feeling so well, so I will not be at the office today!  Perhaps we can meet tomorrow at the same time.

    Bye bye,

    Douja

This seems to be an informal note to a friend, so "bye bye" or "ciao" is fine.  "Sincerely" or "Best regards" are usually reserved for more formal letters.
