Lacrosse is a very old sport. No one knows exactly when it started, but we do know that Native Americans played lacrosse many, many years ago. They used a ball made of deerskin and sticks made of wood. Today, lacrosse is the national sport of Canada. I think lacrosse is a very interesting sport, and I would like to learn to play it someday.
Tennis is a very old sport. The origin is French. Most time disputed in open charts. Participate in the game two opponents or two doubles. Hi Nicholas. You wrote an interesting article; however there are some mistakes which make parts difficult to understand.
The first two sentences are fine. For the third sentence you should write "Usually it is played in open courts". Next: "Participants in the game are either two single opponents or two doubles. The court is divided by a net, and the objective of the game is to hit the ball over the net with a racket. To score a point you need to hit the ball to a location that the opponent can't reach. The points system goes (15-30-40-game) and the first to six wins a set. The player who serves alternates each game.
The most important championships are called Grand Slams, they´re the Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the U.S open.
