Describing People
Using both a positive and a negative characteristic, describe six different people: a woman, a man, a boy, a girl, you and me. Ex. The man is not rich. He is poor.

The word women is a plural noun. It means more than one woman. When you use a plural noun, the verb must match it. In this case, the correct verb would be are.
The women are rich.
Also, remember to capitalize the first word of every sentence and put a punctuation mark at the end.
Sentences must begin with capitals and end with periods.
"Women" is plural. "Woman" es una mujer.
the women is rich = la mujeres es rica (wrong)
The woman is rich.
