This is excellent!  Here are a few small corrections:

The man does not have long hair. He is bald. She has curly hair. She does not have straight hair. He has short hair. He does not have long hair. She has brown long hair. She does not have red short hair. He has a black moustache. He doesn't have a white moustache. He has a white beard. He doesn't have a black beard.

Also, what you wrote is understandable but would be more correct this way:

She has long brown hair. She does not have short red hair.

There is a certain order that we usually put adjectives in English.  There are some rules you can learn, but in many ways it is better to just learn what "sounds right" by reading and listening to native speakers.

    The rule for order is:

    1. opinion (silly, nice, fun)

    2. size (short, long, tall)

    3. age (old, young)

    4. shape (round, square, fat, thin)

    5. color (red, blue)

    6. origin (Chinese, Mexican)

    7. material (paper, wool, ceramic)

    8. purpose (baking, coffee)

Example: I have a fantastic, old, blue, Mexican, ceramic coffee mug.

Overall, your exercise is excellent.  Keep up the good work!

Very, very good. You have just missed out the ''a'' in ''a white moustache, a white beard, a black beard'' but well done!
