My favourite restaurant is called 'Maruseki'. It's a Japanese restaurant. Next to Maruseki is a grocery store. Across the street is an Indian shop. Umm.. what else could I tell... Nothing!! :D

(The sentence you've written is pretty fine but alternately, you could also write:
The name of my favourite restaurant is 'Maruseki'
