Instructions:
Describe the weather for five days, and explain what different people need for that weather. Ex. Today it is raining, and it is cold. The woman needs a raincoat and an umbrella.

At this time of year in China . It is raining in the south of the ChangJiang River . It's snowing in the north of the China . Usually we only get the warmth and sun just in GuangDao and FuJian at this time . There is drizzly in Suzhou at this week .We should always have to take an umbrella to get to work or get outside .The weather report says , tomorrow ,and more long time is the same as today. It is cold and rainy.

Just wondering: Why did you add extra spaces before most of your punctuation?
At this time of year in China, it is raining in the south of the ChangJiang River. It's snowing in the northern part of the China. Usually we only get the warmth of the sun just in GuangDao and FuJian at this time. It is drizzly in Suzhou at this week. We should always have to take an umbrella to get to work or get outside. The weather report says the next few days will be tomorrow ,and more long time is the same as today, . It is cold and rainy.
1. Sentence fragment: "At this time of year in China." has no subject or verb and cannot stand alone as a sentence. I joined it to the next sentence.
2. Tense: "tomorrow...is the same as today". Tomorrow is the future. It will be the same as today.
3. Usage:
A. It's snowing in north China.
B. It's snowing in northern China.
C. It's snowing in the northern part of China.
D. It's snowing north of China.
A, B, and C are equivalent. D is NOT. D means it is snowing outside of China to the North (e.g., Mongolia).
