I get up 6 o'clock in the morning. I boil water, then I drink a cup of coffee. I wash my face, after that I have a breakfast.

For me, it´s very good!
But I think (not sure) it´s "I wake up", no "get up".
wake up = おきる
get up = 上がる、きりつ

日本では、
「get up」 起きる
「wake up」 目を覚ます
と、学習します。
get up は起きてベッドから離れる、
wake up は目は開けているが、まだベッドの中、
という感覚でしょうか？
