    Hello xiaoxiao,

    Just a couple of errors:

    It's her handbag.

    It's her dress.

The word hers is the possessive form of the personal pronoun she.

Whose dress it this?  It's hers.

Whose dress is this?  The dress is hers.

    Take care,

    Mark

P.S.  I'm sure you know but, to make sure, here is the definition of whose.  The word whose is the possessive form of the relative pronoun who.
