very well done, but you do not need to use "a" in these sentences:
The young woman does not have a long hair. She has a short hair. The man does not have a white beard. He has a black beard. The girl does not have a straight black hair. She has a curly black hair. The boy does not have white hair. He has a black long hair. I have hair. You have a long hair.

Good...."hair" is an indefinite number (but more than one), like 'sand' or 'fruit' or 'sugar'...so don't use 'a/an'.
The young woman does not have a long hair. She has a short hair.
The girl does not have a straight black hair. She has a curly black hair.
He has a black long black hair.
You have a long hair.
