I am wearing a red coat and a jeans now for the cold winter. My red coat was made of 45 percent wool and 55 percent silk. And I am wearing a sneaker. I used to wear dress and high heels to the dancing party. I used to wear T-shirt and short-skirt to play tennis. Leisure clothes is my favorite outfit.

You did very good, however you may want to study a little with your grammar. You have the ability to develop your own writing style, so continue to practice your writing skills as much as you can.

1. Tenses: "I am wearing..." is progressive present tense and means "action right now" (我在穿着), so "now" is not required.
Simple present tense is used for habit, routine, repeated actions (likes and dislikes). (I wear dresses...; I wear a T-shirt....; clothes are...)
2. Used to: I used to wear.... (means I no longer wear; I quit wearing; in the past I did but NOW I do NOT)
(我不再穿...)
She used to wear mini-skirts but after she turned 50, she quit.
3. "to be" + used to: This is different than #2 above.
I am used to technical work. (我习惯...)
He is used to working long hours.
Chinese people are used to hard work.
中国人习惯努力工作。
4. Pairs: Pants have "two pant legs", so we call them pants, never pant. Always plural.
I wear pants (habit, repeated action). I am wearing a pair of pants (right now - one pair of pants). She bought three pairs of pants.
Shoes/sneakers/slippers/sandals: You never wear one shoe, you always wear two shoes.
I wear shoes (habit, repeated action). I am wearing a pair of shoes (right now). I own four pairs of shoes.
5. Percent: You can use "percent" or "%". I prefer to use "%" myself--simpler and easier to spot in a paragraph.
6. Subj-verb agreement: clothes are, shoes are, paragraph is, he is, they are
