) It's hot today. Toshi and Noriko are wearing shorts and T-shirts. It's very sunny, but they aren't wearing sunglasses. 2) It's 4:00 A.M. Victoria is sleeping right now. She isn't watching television. 3) My dream home is a penthouse on Beira Mar Avenue. It has a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. My living room has a sofa, a rug, a stereo, and a television. My kitchen has a table and some chairs. My bedrooms have beds, mirrors, and dressers. My penthouse has a great view of the beach. 4) A teacher has an interesting job, but a firefighter's job is dangerous. 5) On Setember 7th is celebrated the Independence Day in Brazil. It's a national holiday marked by patriotic displays. 6) They didn't eat dinner because they weren't hungry. 7) I don't like tea, and she doesn't like coffee. 8) He wans't here yesterday, and he isn't here today. 9) Marcos didn't clean his room as a child, but he cleans his room now. 10) Last year I read a book called Henry VII and His Six Wives.
