    My wife is cooking dinner now. I am writing a postcard to my friend, Antonio. She is sleeping in the bedroom now. You took that book two hours ago from the library. He is answering now. That man watched TV an hour ago, but now he's resting.

    There are some words in english which cannot be changed into past by adding an -ed as a suffix

    for ex. fight becomes fought not fighted

    think becomes thought not thinked

    hit remains the same hit doesnt become hitted

    Also when joining two related sentences it is better to use a conjunction like 'but', 'and', etc.

    while speaking it doesnt matter that much but when writing it looks really bad

    Very good!  Only one grammar mistake:

    taked --> took

    >You took that book two hours ago from the library.

    The exercise asks you to write two sentences for each person:

    [What the person is doing now] + [What the person did before]

    So this is even better:

    >You took that book two hours ago from the library. Now you are reading it.

    Good work!
