I made a few changes for clarity. I need some ski underwear here because it has been so cold!
The last time I went shopping I went to a local shopping center. I was looking for Decathalon ski underwear. I bought some for 70 zlotys.
You could also say "The last time I went shopping was at a / the shopping center".
