Good! Several corrections:
I like to listen to the radio almost all day.
I like to drink coffee when I study English, but I try not to drink coffee after 12 p.m.
Usually I wake up after 7 a.m. I drink tea at about 9 a.m. I like to listen to the radio almost all day. My lunch is after noon [This is OK, but it is better to say "I have lunch after noon"]. I study English after 10 p.m. I like to drink coffee when I study English, but I try not to drink coffee after 12 p.m. I rarely go to sleep before midnight.
Very good.
1) I like to do something.
We like to watch films
But:
I don't like to travel.
He doesn't like to read books.
2) I try to do something.
They try to eat healthy food.
The negative is slightly more difficult. There are 2 versions with slightly different meanings:
(i) I do not try to do something - This means that I do not make an effort:
He does not try to read difficult books, because he prefers magazines.
I do not try to play football, because I am lazy.
(ii) I try not to do something - this means that I make an effort to do something in a different way:
She tries not to fall asleep during boring meetings.
You try not to drink coffee after 12 p.m.
I hope that this is OK :) Please ask if it is not clear!
Well done!
Usually, I wake up after 7:00 A.M.. I drink tea about 9:00 A.M.. I listen to the radio almost all day. ----- I like to drink coffee--
(The rest is good Lina)
Read John's review.
You wrote" I like hear radio almost all day.
Try this: "I like to hear the radio almost every day."
Usually I wake up after 7 a.m. I drink tea about 9 a.m. I like to listen to the radio almost all day. My lunch is after noon. I study English after 10 p.m. I like to drink coffee when I study English, but I try not to drink coffee after 12 p.m. I rarely go to sleep before midnight.
Good work Lina...
{
Usually I wake up sometime after 7 a.m. I [have/drink/take] tea at about 9 a.m. I like to listen to radio [almost all day long/for much of day/quite a bit/most of the day/most of the time]. My lunch hour is [somewhat after noontime/ in the afternoon/ just after noon/ in the early afternoon]. I study English after 10 p.m. I like to drink coffee when I study English, but I try not to drink it after 12 p.m.(так!) I rarely go to sleep before midnight.
}
{drink coffee after 12 p.m.}
В этом контексте я не уверен, что Вы имели в виду, потому что Вы написали, "I study English AFTER 10 p.m. (вечером)" И "...when I study English". На мой взгляд временная последовательность двусмысленная. Есть проблема семантики. Ну, "12 p.m." будет "полдень", а "12 a.m." будет "полночь", так как бы то ни было.
{ "take tea" против "have tea" } Можно сказать, но как-то британский. В Америке, говорят "have tea".
not bad, Lina... :^)
Лина,
Извини, что нет у меня ничего добавить. Как обычно, Джон уже объяснил все. :)
Вообще очень хорошо!
