Lebanon is a very small country has a large number of puplice holidays most of them religious occasions, because of the countrys numerous religious denomiation , so not all the holidays are observed by all Lebanese. The major holiday celebrated by all is the New year. People mark the occasion with parties at home, resturant and nightclub. On the strok of midnight car horns honk, and at the docks ship horns blare. And fireworks full the sky.
