    I think this question is asking what you do at the park regularly. When you say "I'm doing something" it means you are doing the thing right now at this very moment. If you do generally do something, like what you usually do when you go to the park, you would say "I walk with my sister," or "I like taking walks with my sister," or "I sometimes play football." You need to use a different tense to describe habitual actions rather than current actions.
