That's not bad, but I think it is better to say "...you are what you eat" I know this sounds like a minor quibble, but we are emphasising what people ARE. We usually use the following emphases: "You ARE what you EAT" 1) I especially like bananas and nuts. What they say is correct.....you'll often find me swinging from tree to tree and picking the lice out of my neighbour's hair. 2) I like people who are what they seem to be. 3) I've forgotten. 4) Yeah, "Catch-22" was one...a good book, but didn't change my life. "The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind" had a profound effect for a few weeks. 5) Life is like Heraclitus' river: "No man can cross the same river twice, because neither the man nor the river are ever the same."
