Course 102, Unit 6, Lesson 4

A Shopping Trip

Instructions: Write about the last time you went shopping. What were you shopping for? What did you buy? Who did you go with?

missfer's submission: Average Rating:
The last time I went shopping was last Friday. I went there with a friend of mine, who needed to find a present for her boyfriend.
We stayed at the shopping center for about three hours. The main problem was that it was full of people, which made the search very difficult. Finally, she got a nice cotton t-shirt and a pair of jeans.

I'm looking for a correction to make.  (Your writing is THAT good!)  If I had to, I'd suggest:  "The biggest problem was that there were SO MANY PEOPLE THAT FINDING ANYTHING BECAME a real problem!...but really, what you wrote is PERFECT!
