I like coffee. Everytime I go to a café, I order a cup of coffee.
I Iike both sandwiches and pastries. But I don't like mustard. When I want to eat sandwiches at a café, I have to ask the shop clerk to make them without mustard. Sometimes it's a bit too much trouble for me to ask it. That's why, I order pastries more than I order sandwiches.

So, I would change the period after "pastries" to a comma: I like both sandwiches and pastries, but I don't like mustard. Also, no comma is needed in the last sentence after "why."
