Today it is the 23th Dezember. It was 2pm for a few minutes and it is dark outside. It isn´t as cold as a normal winter. But is it windy.
Today I thing it would be raining a bit and maybe we will get 6 degrees. However the weather forecast says it should be snowing by tomorrow evening. So we will see or we will have a look.

"So we will see or we will have a look./ So we will see or we will have a look."

Caitlin touched on pretty much everything. The only thing I  might reword is:

"and maybe it will reach 6 degrees."

    Use a comma after however:

    However, the weather forecast....

The only thing I noticed is -- it is correct to say the 23rd -- not 23th.

Other than that, I agree with the others.  Good work.
