My country (Iran) is one of the biggest countries in all over the world for this reason, we have big time's difference between the West and East.Moreover, where I live roughly has a 3:30 hours difference in time zone with GMT So, in Tehran as capital of Iran now time is 9:10 AM and fifteen minutes ago time was 5 minutes before 9 or 8:55 as matter of fact , thirty minutes ago was 8:40 or 20 before 9 Am . All in all, minutes show us which they are playing a role as a gold and we must make use of them to achieve all wishes & goals instead of wasting!

But I think that the last sentence isn't well composed. You can't say "minutes show us which they are playing a role as a gold" ... I think you should paraphrase it, for example like...
All in all, minutes have as much value as the gold and we should use them instead of wasting to achieve all our wishes & goals.
