Your Last Vacation
Describe your last vacation. Where was the last place you vacationed? What activities and sites do you recommend for other vacationers?
On the last vacation, I went to Beijing with my best friend Elaine. We visited some interesting places. The last place we vacationed is the Mutianyu Great Wall. It is very grand, and I will recommend it to you.
It is only 20 kilometers away from the Jingcheng Expressway, located in Huairou district of Beijing. According to the historic record, this part of the Great Wall was built by the General Xuda, who served the Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang in early Ming Dynasty, on the ruins of the Great Wall in North-Qi Dynasty. The Mutianyu Scenic Spot is hugged by maintouns with beautiful natural scenery. It enjoys fame of " Mutianyu is particularly elegant of the Great Wall" both in China and abroad. If you have a chance, you may go there to visit with your own eyes.
