Very good, excellent. Only one mistake, "Then 'transfer' to number 2 subway at Fuxingmen station".

Oh! I feel like I'm there! How exciting! What a fun submission.

    "To get to my place...."

Capitalize street and station names: Changchun Street, Fuxingmen Station, Jishutan Station.

If you're taking the bus, the might be called stops rather than stations. "...get off at the China University of Polictical Science stop."

"Then transfer to number 2 subway..."

"Get off the subway at Jishutan Station, and the number 345 bus station is not far from there to the east."
