    Today is March 12.--> 12 March / 12th March

    Today's weather has a is little cold (more commonly: today, it's cold)

    and the wind is also very strong. Recently, there is no rain here and there were some snow surrounding areas.(=> a bit strange version but OK for me, somebody should say something better for this expression)

    Weather forecasting: Temperatures will be warmer tomorrow and the weather will become better and better.

    I hope you can understand it. Not bad. I understand the main points, so maybe the appropriate words and expression should be practised.

    I'd say IT DIDN'T RAIN HERE RECENTLY AND IT SNOWED A BIT ON THE TERRITORIES AROUND, though I'm not sure it's the best way

    Very good. A slight adjustment:

    Today's date is March 12th and the weather is a little cold with a very strong wind. There has been no rain here recently but there has been some snow in the surrounding areas. The weather forecast for tomorrow is warm temperature and the future will be better conditions .
