Describing the weather
Instructions:
Describe the weather for five days, and explain what different people need for that weather. Ex. Today it is raining, and it is cold. The woman needs a raincoat and an umbrella.

Sólo un pas de cosas:
"The man needs a scarf and AN umbrella."
Necesitas el artículo en "an umbrella", puesto que lo has usado en "a scarf" (si no, queda raro). Cuando utilices la conjunción "and" procura que lo que haya a su derecha y a su izquierda tenga la misma estructura gramátical (si es posible).
"All week it HAS BEEN warm."
Te refieres a un intervalo de tiempo que empieza en el pasado (el primer día de la semana) y termina en el presente. Por eso tienes que usar el presente perfecto, que se forma así:
VERBO "to have" + PARTICIPIO
Ejemplo: "I have been outside all the day."
