The last place I vacationed was Bakuriani. It is a small town in Georgia and there is a winter health resort in it. My family and I went there last February. There are many tourists from different countries go to Bakuriani every winter. There is everything for them who likes winter sport.

I would say: "The last place I vacationed was Bakuriani. It is a small town in Georgia and there is a winter health resort there. My family and I went there last February. There are many tourists from different countries who go to Bakuriani every winter. There is everything for those who like winter sports."
It's not strictly wrong to say "there is a winter health resort in it", but "there" sounds better. "In it" almost makes it sound like Bakuriani is just a building or a can or a box, something you keep things inside of. "There is a winter health resort in Bakuriani" sounds just fine though... it's turning "in Bakuriani" to "in it" that makes it sound like Bakuriani is a physical object, rather than a place.
