Is Everybody working? Yes, all the woman wearing yellow clothes are working, nobody is painting.
Is anything on the table? No, nothing is on the table.

1.有人的游泳吗？是的，有5个男孩正在游泳。IS anybody swimming? Yes, five boys are swimming. --- This is good! You can also use "the" as previously suggested, if there are only 5 boys, or if it is a specific group of 5 boys.
2.每个人都在工作吗？是的，所有穿黄色衣服的女人都在工作。没有人在画油画。Is Everybody working?Yes,Everybody woman wearing yellow clothes are in the is working,Noboday is painting. -- not bad. Because the subject is singular, you use the singular form "is". You can also say "All women wearing yellow clothes are working." (using a plural subject)
3.桌子上有些东西吗？不，桌子上什么东西也没有。Is anything on the table? No, Nothing is on the table.
4.所有的东西都装在蓝色包里了吗？是的。所有东西都在蓝色包里。Is Everything is in the bulue bag? Yes, it is. -- The word order for the question is as I've indicated, but your original word order is OK for everyday speech. Actually, I think the Chinese translation for the second sentence is "Yes. Everything is in the blue bag." (Please let me know if I've made a mistake :) )
5.桶里有人吗？是的，那个女孩正站在桶里面。Is anyboday in the bucket? Yes, the girl is standing in the bucket.
6.有人在跳跃吗？是的，有些男人正在跳。Is anybody jumping? Yes, Somebody man is men are jumping. -- This is another singular versus plural subject issue. Based on your Chinese, the subject should be plural (有些男人）you can also use a singular subject (有一个男人）"Yes, a man is jumping。" It depends on what you are trying to express.
