A (You always need an indefinite article , when there is more than one of the same kind. Used for nouns. Try googling this, because it is very important)  Good studrnt student can not cannot skip classes. Teacher can not cannot hit a/the student.

Everybody (but the somebody can yell in the libary??) can not cannot yell loudly (When you yell, you are already loud. I would have skipped loudly) in the library.Suggestion to this sentence, because I think that you meaning something else: Nobody can/may yell in the libary. = Yelling in the libary is not allowed.

You can't lie to everyone. You can park your can car in the parking lot, but can not cannot park it in middle of the road.

You can make money on from your labor (I think that "work" is more commonly than "labor") , but you can not cannot steal.  I would understand the underlined as being unable or incapable to steal, not as being as stealing being something that is unallowed.

A good student cannot skip classes.  A teacher cannot hit a student.  You can't lie to everyone.  You can park your car in the parking lot, but you cannot park it in the middle of the road.  You can make money from your labor, but you cannot steal.

Very good, you have few mistakes.  JensenDk is right about using articles (a/an/the) before nouns.  Keep up the good work.
