It is nice piece of work. Just one thing; You should have given space after commas.

    Corrected sentence:

The desk is in my bedroom where I use it every night to study my important papers. There is also a cassette player to soothe my soul. There is a television in our drawing room to entertain our guests. There is also a shelf full of magazines on different topics. We have a small washing machine in our laundry room. The kitchen has a supply of luke warm water for different uses, and a cabinet to place cutlery and different utensils. The greaser has been installed in a safe place to avoid any mishaps

Desk - is another word for study table.

Greaser - deep fryer or another word for stove/oven. The word you used is slang in America for "old person." Example: "That old geaser almost hit me with his car!"

The rest of the bolded words are just corrections in spelling or singular/plural words.

I hope this helped! Great job! :)

Hello Qaiser. You have made a very good effort with this exercise.

I am puzzled about "geeser" = "geyser" (domestic hot water heater) perhaps? I am not trying to detract from Veganshannon's superb job of correction and explanation.
