During my vacation I will be working on my thesis at the computer table in my house.
"Vacance" is not an English word, it should be "vacation". Not "working in my thesis", but "working on my thesis". "Desk" is a better definition for a "table" used fro work. An example sentence therefore: "During my vacation, I will be working on my thesis at my desk in my house."
