The last time I went on vacation was in Auvergne. We visited lots of places but one of them gave me more pleasure to visit: "Vulacania". It's a place where we can understand how volcanos function with activities, films...the hikings in mountain were very interesting and we had so beautiful sights! (on lakes, nature...). The "summer tobogganings" were funy too!

You're French, i suppose. By the way, you've got good English. Just to improve the way you write . Also, please note that it is better to say ' a lot of' than 'lots of'. The last, note your spelling and usage of markings. OK!
The last time I went on My last vacation was in Auvergne. We visited lots of places but one of them gave me more pleasure to visit was particularly enjoyable: "Vulacania". It's a place where we can understand how volcanos function with activities, and films... the hikings trips in mountain were very interesting and we had so such beautiful sights! (on lakes, nature, etc.)! The "summer tobogganings" were funy??? too!
When you start with "last time I went on vaction was...", you need to put a time, not a place afterward.
"... gave me more pleasure to visit" is correct but very awkward!
When making a list, use the format: x and y (with 2 items), or: x, y and z (with 3 or more items). A space is required after ... before starting a new sentence.
"hiking" is an uncountable noun, and can only be quantified by using units. e.g. I drank 3 glasses of water, not 3 waters! In your case, you could also have simply used singular for the hiking in general, and not refer to the multiple hiking trips you had.
"...we had so beautiful sights" is not valid. You can either say: "SUCH beautiful sights" (if you mean the extend/level) or "so MANY beautiful sights" (if you mean the number of instances)
Finally, FUNNY is spelled with 2x N. However, I don't think that's what you intended. Non-native speakers often mistakenly think adding -ny to fun makes it an adjective; when in fact, fun is already an adjective. As an adjective, FUN = enjoyable or amusing; FUNNY = humorous/laughter-causing, or odd/peculiar. When you misuse "funny" to mean "fun", it is both funny and fun to me! ;)
NOTE: just so that other members won't think I'm judging "harshly"... Mélinda is an avid grammarian in her native French language, and routinely articulates such things in great clarity to me. Even though she's not yet able to writing in perfect English grammar, she's fully capable of comprehending such critique. That's why we delve into the finer points here.
