It's ok. I would write it like this:
The woman has long hair, she does not have short hair. The man has black hair. He does not have white hair. The girl has blonde hair. She does not have short hair.
With the negative you want to say "does not" and with positive you only need to say "has"
Good job. I agree with harleyp: we usually only use 'does have' for emphasis, like when trying to inform or convince someone who has doubts.
The woman has a long hair. She does not have a short hair. The man has a black hair. He does not have a white hair. The girl has a blonde hair. She does not have a short hair.
