    Cindy, your practice is paying off.  Maybe stewing beef should be stewed beef?  I'm not much of a cook, so I'm not sure if it's the same.

    Wikipedia has a good entry on the ellipsis (...) if you'd like to see more about it.

    Well done Cindy, no mistakes. A good comment from Kevin but in Ireland we would also say " Stewing beef", that is the beauty of languages even in english there are differences.
