2.) To make sentence, you need subject+main verb; It is ..., They have..., The man gives ..., etc.
My favorite restaurant is LA ESTANCIA in Antigua Guatemala. It is a beautiful place, is across on the 5th. street. It is two blocks (away from the crossroad or somewhere to be specific) at the bus stop the bus in front of the museum, next to the school. The main dish is the meat. It is amazing.
I completely agree with previous comments.
1) one should always use a subject in an Englsih sentence (unlike in Spanish, where you can guess the subject from the verb endings).
2) it is good idea to divide teh whole passage into small simple sentences.
