I will be enrolled in a project. The main activities will be; collecting samples, processing data and extracting results. Iwill start on Monday. I will be besiest on Tuesday and Friday.

Hi Osmani, it's nice but I think that you must write in past continue tense.
Hi Osmani, good work! You may use a few tenses to describe what you are going to do. What you have written ( future tense, is fine) I would suggest-"I will be "enrolling" in a project whose main activities will be : collecting samples.......I will start on Monday and will be "busiest" on Tuesdays and Fridays."
